Senior technology help for small local businesses, on-site and in plain English
IT coaching, AI coaching for you and your staff, a fixed-scope technology audit, and website revamps. Delivered personally by a McLean-based architect with 30 years of experience. No long contracts, no junior bench.
Big-company engineering, sized for a local business
Most of my work is Azure architecture and AI integration for organizations that handle sensitive data. That same judgment applies to a law office, a medical or dental practice, a shop, a restaurant, or a nonprofit that needs its technology to simply work: email that is secure, files that are backed up, a website that brings in customers, and a sensible way to use AI without exposing client information.
I live in McLean and work with businesses in McLean, Tysons and the surrounding Northern Virginia area in person. You get one experienced person who explains things clearly, fixes what matters, and leaves you more capable than before.
Four ways I help
IT coaching for owners and office managers
Working sessions on the technology you already pay for: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, email and calendar, shared files, passwords and two-factor sign-in, backups, and the devices in the office. We tackle your real questions, set things up properly together, and write down how it works so you are not dependent on anyone.
→book a sessionAI coaching for people, not just tools
Practical, hands-on training on Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude for you and your staff: drafting, summarizing, research, spreadsheets, customer replies. Which tasks are worth it, which are not, and how to use these tools without pasting client or patient data where it does not belong. Half-day or full-day, at your office.
→book a sessionSmall business technology audit
A fixed-scope review of how your business runs on technology: accounts and access, email security, backups and recovery, subscriptions you are paying for, your website and Google Business Profile, and the biggest risks to your day-to-day. You receive a short written report with a prioritized list of what to fix, what to improve, and what to leave alone.
→request an auditWebsite revamp
Your site should load fast, work on a phone, be found on Google, and be easy to update. I rebuild outdated sites on a modern, secure foundation hosted on Azure, either as a low-maintenance static site or on Umbraco when you need to edit content yourself, and I set up the basics that local search depends on.

A short conversation
Twenty minutes by phone or over coffee in McLean or Tysons. You describe what is frustrating or worrying you; I tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would take.
A visit and a plan
For coaching, we book the sessions. For an audit or a website, I come by, look at what you have, and send a fixed-scope proposal with a clear price before any work starts.
Work you can see
Sessions happen at your office. Audits end with a written report. Website work ships to a preview link you approve before it goes live. Nothing is delegated.
