Contact form. When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company and message. The form is provided by HubSpot, which stores the submission in our customer records.

Phone and email. If you call, email or text us, we keep the message and the number or address it came from so we can reply.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access. We use it for security and troubleshooting.

Analytics and cookies. The site uses Google Analytics and the HubSpot tracking script. Both set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. We use this to understand how the site is used. We use no other analytics or advertising tools.

If you call our business number and we are unable to answer, we may send you a text message at the number you called from to respond to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Contact form messages and other inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any engagement that follows. After that they are deleted or archived with our business records.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@imhauser.net. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You can also block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
